Although new to the elite club, the recent back
to back wins against Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka
gave the lad a boost to his winning percentage
as a captain. Azhar lost three matches to
Bangladesh in the bilateral series after taking
over captaincy in April 2015 but never looked
back ever since. With consistent performances,
a toss win ratio of 80% (that is winning toss in
his 8 out first 10 matches) and a winning
percentage of 55.55%, Azhar has managed to
make his place in this list of most successful
captains (having played a min of 10 matches).
